Wayne, Your Brazilian right? so your probably blocked due to the DDOS Hacker attacking SA:MP so Hold on tight and add your favs to your sa:mp app. Good Luck and welcome back!

Also, as Admin, you should know multiple topics about same situation is not allowed... :S
