Has it always done this? If so, get either new parts or buy new coolers for them.

Holy crap dude! my didnt work over 80C, clean fan ribbs and heatsink on gpu,if that dont help try adding another small fan to blow at graphic card, that second one helped me

For 1 - if your computer is working over 100*C there is possibility that there will be big boom soon :/
How to avoid it - buy new cooler - if this is too slow, or maybe it is broken...
I would suggest you buying 2 new coolers - one for your processor, one - for back of your caser.
There are also programs which you can modify fan speed, but if its allready working on 100%, then you can do nothing with those programs...
I even dont know how to help you here...

Thanks guys. u already helped me.Now i either have to clean my fan. or buy new cooler :). Thanks for help guys, thought my PC got virus XD.

I think you (or the person which mounted the cooling) used a little too much thermal paste which isolates the cooler from the GPU... unless it's using stock cooling.
And about the above 100'C temperature - it might not explode but it'll probably melt.

Well......
I hope you havent tried overclocking
This is what you can try:
Clean out your computer (air blower or air can) (MAKE SURE POWER CABLE IS OUT OF THE COMPUTER~!!!)
Does not work? turn on computer while the case opening is open. Check if your fans work! (DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING~!!!)
They all work and cant find anything thats causing it? You need new cooling I guess.
How old is your computer? If you have it less than 3 years its weird...

My graphic card is 80-95C , but thats normal temp for that card...
Well did you try to shut it down for a while and then start up and play samp direct? If it says temp too high again , then something is wrong...

You might want to download Everest.
http://www.lavalys.com/
Check temperatures there and you can see much more there!

or www.speedfan.com
to monitor your temperature and adjust speed.

it could be your graphics card that's overheated, but i think its one of the static cooled North of south bridge.
