Got any tips? I know you two know how to use it. I can apply effects to single images/ cuts, however do not understand the layers or stuff.

Google Photoshop tutorials, although if you're not used to more complex systems such as layers, you're going to need to try the Photoshop manual, it should explain it nicely.

Are they your first .. if so .. better than mine at my first ones :)... but dont use Disolve Heaps... unless it looks good.. with cars.. if you want to make them look fast ... trty get a car thats on its side then Motion blur them .. only a little.. it will Creat a Motion sensation of them going fast,

Here you used Brush syles.. in filter.. try getting renders, from google... and using Renders of actual cars with no back ground.. should be easier...

Special effects on test.. some time they look good.. some times they look crap.. but your case 25 crap 75 good...
