How much RAM you got?

What CPU you got?

What Video Card you got?

Installed latest video drivers?

Had this problem before?

How old is your computer?

Does your computer have enough fans to keep it cold?

Some questions... answer them and perhaps I can help you a bit further..

RAM: 2.00 GB
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU
Video Card: GeForce 9600 GT
I bought this computer in September.
I had this only cause of viruses, and only once.

I think a de-fragmentation would be enough.

Sounds like a typical Driver Problem.... Try to update your drivers, or uninstall and reinstall
