Title: HUGE problem in Call of Duty World at War D: Help please

I've just installed COD:WaW, so I go ingame and go to Solo mode, I do new game, select difficulty, but... guess wut.
GAME DOESN'T START!? All it happens: I click, and I go to the screen of put "new game" or "select mission".

Wow. This is just wow. I never had this problem before, never.

Help plz :help:

Select other Profile?

or drop down console , type Devmap mak and hit enter, tell me if a mission doesnt lead

mak is the name of first campaign map(one where alies save u from japanese dude who wants to slash ur throat)
