Does every player that is with criminal status ingame is rulebreaker? And thats not allowed to shoot at the cops while they do that on you?

Should we keep every player on server that flames, provokes and DM's just because he is having a rough time IRL ?

1. A criminal does not have to be rulebreaker, but shooting at people in order to get wanted has been forbidden since the day we opened our first server.
2. A criminal can choose to run or fight until death with cops after he gets wanted for a valid reason. However a criminal that is chasing cops in order to kill as many as possible can be considered a rule breaker.

Thanks for the answer. And about that rulebreaking and that you just talked about, i got banned for ban evading wich i didnt and it become to clear all of you and you didnt know what else to do and changed my ban reason for constant rulebreaking and thats why you talk so now.

As I already said to you and admins yesterday, the ban evading was not correct as you were unbanned by me, even although I had reason to believe at that time you had left.
However 3 admins and 2 main admins who checked the logs are of the opinion that the ban for constant rulebreaking was justified.
We did not change the ban reason.

Pups is not ArgonathRPG administrator. He resigned week or two ago.

Admin or not an Admin. I considered him as my ''Papa'' at SA:MP. He taught me many stuff about being a good administrator.Thank you Pups :)

Does not mean he can break the rules... Besides it logs showed his unacceptable behavior, especially on admins warnings/notices to him...

Im sad to see everything.
Pups was , same as for MasterNeo , on of the persons who teached me a lot.
And it's bad to see him doing this, but I sure know that he dont do this without a reason.
Times can be hard, but he have to control hisself, like he said to me.
And then I did when he told me to, so Pups try it urself.
I know u can do normal, I know u are not like this.

This mean ... (Back on topic ^^) ... If a guy get wanted for a crime (a RP crime) and that he begins to run after cops to kill them because he is wanted, he is breaking the rules, as said before ... I guess the same apply to a guy who run after cops, hijack them and run away with their car while they were not chasing him ?
And also, the guy stop next to a cop, get off of the car, kill him and leave ... DM ?

I'm sorry i've missed this but could anyone tell what has pups done? I have always considered him respectable person. I hope you are not a victim of some conspiracy ;o Even if you really dm'ed i can't believe it was a constant rulebreaking. And i've seen other admins dming CONSTANTLY and they are still admins... sad

He teached me a lot of things, he's a great person and, as same for a few people, he was kind of a father to me. :/

I accept that what i did wrong and i cant believe it by myself also what happened but the in the case all the problems arent only mine but anyway i just wanted a few answers before and thats all, thanks :)

Then would you like to report these other admins? Because you putting down other admins just to save one (seems to be corrupt?) admin is not tolerated at Argo. Which I found out the hard way.....
But I think that what Gandalf has said is very resonable. But if your wanted, and a cop is after you, can you carjack him and kill him? I didnt get that part.

Many people were mentioning that you were evading, as they didn't see anything about unban anywhere (at that time I didn't even know you had been banned).
So I decided to look around on forum, found nothing about unban, and then you said yourself on main chat, something about you ban evading. That is the reason why it came in the ban reason.
However - the main reason for ban was actually not that you were a criminal and killing cops and also not that you were ban evading (which it turned out you weren't).
It was more the fact that you were randomly shooting civilians too, flaming, and saying 'BAN ME'.
Too bad it had to end up like this Pups, you used to be a guy I had respect for, a good friend and a good admin.
I felt bad about banning you, but as previous admin, you know I have to do my job even if you are having a bad day or trouble in real life.
At first I froze you, and tried to make you stop your actions, but you just refused and had a very bad attitude towards me, so I didn't really have a choice.
The report I did for ban database was not edited, I only wrote in the 'constant rulebreaking' part when I posted it.
Again - I'm sorry I thought you ban evaded, but I still believe the other reason was valid for a ban.
If you are having a hard time in real life or something, I would suggest you to just take a break, work out the issues, then come back and play normal instead of taking your anger out ingame.
I will be glad to welcome you back with open arms, if you promise to behave, and have had a little break to cool down.

you have NO idea how many times i reported one admin for abusing his rights/dming with screenshots log times etc and nothing was done... its going offtopic...
its hard for me to judge what has pups done since i really do not know what exactly he did im just sad that happened what happened and i hope it goes well for pups in future.

The thing that you banned me for some kind of rulebreak is understand able for me but in the whole case i wouldnt charge only myself. Dont worry you did what you had to do.

Honestly for me it goes better now but i am not sure if i return and ever make a unban request but i still must take some time in here to earn some trust and make peace between people here as i have never liked to leave things non explained and i just dont want to be hated here forever.

There is already 1 person who dont hate u, that's me.
And indeed, take some time to calm down and think about things.
Maybe real life isnt as what u wanted, but you can change that to the most u want whats reachable.

Maybe i can return i am not sure about it right now but i can never return as admin again after what happened.
