from witch countries are they...
I know the 2nd pic:
Well I know German, so the cop car with  the word Polizei
is from a german speaking countra (Germany or Austria)
Other two I don't know...

The 2nd one looks photoshopped, the 1st one has Japanese characters on it.. so probably not Italian :p
