Title: (Retrieving info) [Server IP] problem

Hello everybody.. Could you help me with my little problem. When i go in sa-mp.. I got the (Retrieving info) [Server IP] .. with 0/0 players and 9999 ping.. I try to enter.. it says..
 
connecting to server
Server didnt not respond
connecting to server
Server didnt not respond
connecting to server
Server didnt not respond

What is it ?? :P Am i Banned??

There was a constant hacker and ban evader yesterday from your route.

WTF .. Hacker.. :O Me.. I cant even remove virus from a file.. Hacking... its lol

OMFG.. Darn .. My frend yesterday seemed suspicious when he was at me.. Ill ask him .. Could you Help me.. ? Im not hacker..  If any of you could come to me.. Or If anyone hawe skype.. We could talk to him :P

All solved.. I got banned router... but now its ok .. and ip .. will be too
