Then click Embed
then click the button copy
Come to argo forum and click reply to this thread
Type
(flash=425,319) (/flash) [ REPLACE (Brackets) with [] ]
Then paste your embed and scan through where you will find somthing like

Starting near the end of 4th line and continues to near the end of the next line down.
