There isnt too much funny facts than GTA SA.. but i have some.
1- GTAIV is the first american game to include brazilians
2- Niko eats a hot dog in two bites and that costs $5,00! i never seen so expesive hot dog.
3- he drinks a can of soda in 10 seconds.
4- Niko's cellphone donest need credits, btw, he cannot write SMS.
5- Lan houses of GTAIV are the unique lanhouses that google donest fit.
6- GTA IV lan houses donest has virus, also there is no porn.
7- You can surrender, but if you move YOUR FINGER, police starts shooting you.
8- When you enter in a bike, niko takes his fullface helmet from his ass.
9- Niko never breaks a bone.
10- Hospitals are expesive
11- Ambulance respects the traffic lights, they are on a nice hurry.
12- You have a MEGA wallet, as like in GTASA.
13- Once more time, you only rob money from people if you kill them.
14- When you finish the game, you have lots of things to do.. like, killing pigeons or flying rats.
15- Firefighters rarely appears.
16- You can give money to tramps!
17- If you want, you cant drink or sleep.
18- If you trespass a airport, you will have four stars.
19- If you are drunk, and takes a car, you will be automatically suspected, even if there is no cops near.
20- With the cellphone, you can get, cars,weapons, but never womans.
21- Niko can jump from a huge bridge and fall into water without dying
22- Niko never smiles?
23- " Survives Carcrashes, explosions, 10 Bullet wounds, but getting hit by the subway is deathly for him.
24- There are only 2 Tv Channels on Liberty City's TV Channel
25- Niko never washes himself
26- If your chased by cops, they chase you in the safehouse to, but stop as soon you lay down on your bed, sofa,....
27- Statue of Happyness has a Giant Heart inside
28- People sleep on Computers in the internet cafe.
29- You can walk on the bowling lanes and prevent other people from scoring
30- GTA 2 looks like a cheap copy of GTA IV

However, in the game, they say it is "Chinese". I was totally pissed off....

it includes many nationalities... I heard dutch, german, french for so far.

In GTA IV people don't directly die if the health bar is 0. (They revive and/or survive)
(Shoot a cop till he dies, some minutes later he is reviving with 1 health, then shoot him hes dead...)
