After browsing for a NoCD-Crack for my exe i came upon this one so here's some information about it.
A gta_sa.exe v1.0 US executable MEANT for people with crappy computers.
The removals don't just remove at a rendering level, but actually go to the core of the functionality, so that it has maximum efficiency. It's recommended to use this conjunction with the "Low" Visual FX Quality setting in GTA San Andreas. You may or may not get smoother play without V-Sync, and obviously do not use Anti-Aliasing either if you want to maximize your FPS.

Just simply replace it with your current one and your set.

Barely noticeable but good if your running on Low RAM, Poor Card and Processor.
If this isn't allowed feel free to delete but i though it'd help people who wants just that little more FPS

You can also use the Low Texture Mod (http://www.mediafire.com/?0mdzxlbwlyc) to increase your performance.

I've tryed that, I still get my lag, I'm going to try this .exe out.
-
I'm not having a crappy PC but I want your guys opinion about if I should try this .exe or not ?

I tryed it, still didn't help my random FPS lag.

You know Rusty, sharing application or game exes is illegal/warez, and this forum doesnt allow warez so you should delete it.
-
I don't see the problem with it, it's just a mod. It's not like you can buy GTA:SA Lowspec Edition.

Lag doesnt kill, you can live with it
-
Shame on you for discriminating against laggers. :poke:

Well, its not a problem, but since its an exe, its illegal modification

Set Draw Distance to 0, Visual FX to LOW, Anti-Aliasing OFF and set Brightness down to enough so you can still see stuff. If your PC is decent and you can run SA Perfect, there's no need to use this except if you don't want to keep inserting your SA Disk.

Not really in the Downloads section on the Portal before we got a new Layout there was a few NOCD Cracks for VC & SA. So i don't see any problem posting something that HELPS people reduce lag by that tiny bit.

Huh? I didn't think adjusting the brightness would have much (if any) of an effect on the performance. :trust:

I don't know if it does but i have mine turned practically off.

Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm 98% certain that it'll have barely any effect on the performance. :D
Another thing that may help is setting the gta_sa.exe priority on task manager to a higher rank. On my old computer, I raised it from Normal to Realtime and it boosted the fps by around 33% (I had that figure accuractly calculated as I had fraps running and made a comparison via calculation). However, depending on your computer configuration, it may have a noticeably negative effect on some other processes if you set it too high.
