The Bloodz are a new gang in san andreas and and highly dangerous they are seen wearing red and are found in the El Corona area.

It was ownd bij O_dog Aka Eugene bellic ([AV]Eug_bellic)
I know he doesn't want to start it up again, so i think you aren`t allowed to.

Bloods was actually created far before Eug joined Argonath :)

IRL there is alot of different bloods set (50+) with different names
so I accualy think its even better if argonath has couple of blood and couple of crip gangs

reason i am saying that is becuase i am in the Glen park Crips

I suggest you screen people before you recruit them (e.g: do they know rules? do they know how to RP? etc), if you already havent done so.
