Title: [FIXED] GTA IV installation problem

I got this problem while installing GTA. Any suggestions :S?

Updated: I believe it will be fixed soon. Noticed that I haven't downloaded all updates for my Windows Vista (including SP1).

Fixed. Downloaded latest updates for VIsta and it fixed itself. Requesting topic lock. Topic created because I was paniced.
