Title: I got this Graphics Card but I have no idea if it's better

So my brother bought me an aTI EAH 4850 TOP (I don't really know it's name), but I'm not sure, is it better than my current NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GTS?

EDIT: I think its an aTI Radeon EAH 4850
