Title: PC Files: Original Handling.cfg and vorbis.dll

Here is stock handling and virbis.dll which fixes error:  "The procedure entry point vorbis_window could not be located in the dynamic link library vorbis.dll"

Please, state the game/program/Operating System they go with when you post files. Some files for the various software uses the same names.

Well, not to be rude.. but if you managed to screw up your handling and vorbis file you MUST know where they are ;)

they are for SA will upload for VC if i find disc

as for OS they areny picky...
