Title: Adobe Photoshop CS3, Help please

When i am starting "Adobe Photoshop CS3" It's just normal.
BUT when i Click on the "Text button" it says: Coud not complete your request becouse a required text resources is missing and quits the program


Please Help me!

Re-install it, if your on XP, use "repair" in ad or remove programs.
