Hey guys.
Some may remember me saying how my game has glitched a couple of times...Well, couldn't be anything THAT bad, could it?
Wrong.
Check out this shit and decide for yourself.
My screen kind of lags for about 1 second, then it pops up with that weird thing in the middle, then....we begin the journey of "what the fuck".
No, i don't have any mods, addons, changes to models, hacks, cracks, cheats, etc. My video card was in it's normal temperature range BOTH times this has occured - so, wtf?

It looks like "Very Wrong Placed" TXD files.

Try this:

Download IMG Tool (http://grandtheftauto.filefront.com/file/IMG_Tool;44920)

Open it and select your gta3.img and wait for img tool to open it.

Go to Commands > Rebuild archive, and wait.

Once its done try running SA again.

Hehe. I believe somebody made colourful announce which made your screen like that. Happend to me once. Everything was typed on one slot. All letters in one area and it looked as big chinese hierogliph.

Try turning your rez or texture settings down.

It's a common SA:MP Bug.. Started to happen to me around the release of 0.2.3 and came along in O.2X...
I Don't think you can't really help it, Even re-install might not help..

The only way out (literally) is by pressing the 'windows' button and go back ingame.. Your graphics should be fixed by then, for a amount of time and limited movement, until it comes back...

Uninstall GTA SA
Uninstall SA-MP
Delete All GTA San Andreas User Files in My Document
Delete All GTA San Andreas in Rockstar Games
Install GTA SA
Install SA-MP
Re-paste GTA San Andreas User Files for offline game still saved

Just rebuild your GTA3.img ...should be fixed then, because its mostly the TXDs which are messed up at you.
If it doenst help just reinstalla SA like Jimmy said.
