I was thinking about the ARPD system, and how certain skins will be unaccessable by people who have not joined ARPD.
Then i thought, what if we made other Devisions apart from ARPD. They would not have any special commands ect, but they
would have private skins with slighty better weapons. And you would need to apply to have access to it.
There could be : Gang skins, such as Haitians and Cubans. These would be locked to prevent DMers, and having two opposing gangs could make
good roleplaying, if done right.
Assorted mafia skins, so that the players who chose NOT to join ARPD have some private skins, and dont feel left out because they didnt want everyone
to be a cop.
(Such as Diaz's bodyguards ect/Mexicans ect)
There could also be private taxi skins ect.
Just a thought.

Well admins do not give access to ARPD skins, so that's why I asked

We could make a topic, where people can apply to use these special skins. People who are accepted contact a scripter (Or maybe we can get rusty to put a command into the game to let lvl 2+ admins give access to the skins) and they are allowed access

Yes... but, my idea is for private skins available to all the people who DIDNT join ARPD, and not ARPD officers. because we are being left in the dark a bit. It would be good to have some skins we can use that are private from the ARPD people.

Well, ARPD just needs these weapons, skins, commands. I like your idea for other people to have also some special things., but how can those people reach those skins/levels ?

They can use these skins by being active and meeting certain requirements. A new topic could be made where regulars can apply for use of these skins, and there should be someone trusted that is given a command to add someone to the list of players allowed to use that skin.

I'm thinking that he might mean, that guy is not DMing, he has RP skills (or experienced player), and he is trusted with weps :lol:

Well, they could do a test related to the skin, showing the admins that they have the RP experience to use it properly :
Mafia/Mobster skins : They would be asked questions about how they should rp Robberies/Dealing weapons & drugs ect.
Richman skins : They would be asked questions about earning money, (they would also need to have a certain wealth level).
Gang skins (Haitian/Cubans) : They would be asked questions made from the Gangs culture in single player, could take info from the SP storyline. (they shouldknow how to roleplay gang activities too..)
Limo driver/transport skins : They would be given a special driving test and a theory test on how to roleplay transporting passengers.
cant think of anymore skins to suggest at the moment, but when i think of more ill post them. :)

IMO i think that the admins should give and take the rights
