I wanted to SPARE the violence between LM and Montana. I thought that ScorpZ wanted to END the DM.
But when your "OGs" come messing with us... One of your men started messing with Felix, I told him not to mess with Montana. I walked away and he called us babies. I took my weapon, and he was still messing with me. I calmed down and put the gun away. Then ScorpZ came to f*ck with us even more. I offered us both the chance to just walk away, but he still was messing with us.

I thought you wanted to end the mass DM

Some of your members only DM, i have seen you attack Montana's, even is they did nothing to you. Lots rumors about Montana's DMing, but they actuality only defend, that is my word on this Gang.

Our DM is usually when we try to rob someone and they try to escape in a non-RP way.
I only kill when attacked, but I injure the members of opposite gangs.

Ok.

Firstly:
You guys called of one my men a noob. And a cabron whatever that is.
You then pulled out an AK and Felix took out a shotgun.
Weapons out? To me that seems agressive. So i thought..
Wanna be agressive? Ill be agressive too.
Called a few men.
You hit me with your nightstick, I punch you back, Felix starts shooting.
In defense our men shoot back.
All of Montana get owned apart from one who runs.

Secondly:
We are a gang and therefore carry baseball bats and gats in our gang car.
If somebody acts agressively, We dont take to it politely.

Alot of the time, We try to RP for example/me holds the bat out in a threatening way and jabs the man slowly
And we get attacked in a Non-RP way, So we defend and they usually get owned.

I admit the first few days we ended up fighting alot, But we have now cut that out, And we will not be as much "defensive".

But, All i see this as, Is a way to get back at us because either:

You bad-RPed therefore got owned
or
Tried to f*ck with us and got owned

I would not like this to be further discussed here, Please feel free to PM me.

Okay about 90% of what you just said ScorpZ was pure imagination from your side.
Me and Oll were chating, he had come up with a new name and wanted to see if I could figure who it was, I then said to Oll "Pwned, nub" or something. I did not see the LM member before, he just suddenly came up saying "who are you calling noob?".
We told him it's none of his business and he started flaming us and more and more LM members came. We didn't take the flames too well and took out our guns as to make xtermination stop flaming, but you must've thought we were gonna DM you (we would never go that low) so you started taunting us, wanting us to attack you.
Cops came, it all seemed good until you ScorpZ began calling us chickens and shit for retreating since we didn't want a fight. Something then happened inbetween and Oll hit you with a nightstick, and you punched him back. All your "members" then started attacking us, xtermination shot me down to low hp before I could even react. I did NOT effing shoot you first, your men started shoot US which many cops could witness to i'm sure of.
We DID do the RP way, saying /me fetches his wep out of the car etc but since it began to tense up, atleast me chose to be prepared and skip the RP part since you were taunting us, I thought you were going to attack us which you then also did.
YOU were the one acting aggresively to us, YOU were the one starting the fight, YOU were the ones DMing, YOU were the ones breaking our peace which we clearly stated in that little "drama" we wanted, YOU are the guilty.

Ok. First of all, You crashed into Xtermination, And then said "noob", So therefore he didnt take it nicely.

Secondly, You guys started the DM fest, By attacking me with a night stick. When i hit back, All of a sudden, Felix (YOU) Started shooting with shotgun, So in defense we shot back.
We would have RPed it, But we didnt have time since you started your DM with your cheapo shotgun.

I didnt even have any weapons with me, So i dont know how your going to refer to me as a DMer.

From my side it was pure roleplay, Since the fact that i didnt even have any weapons to DM with.

A few words here and there dont mean to much, But when you start hitting people with nightsticks, That doesnt go down too well especially when you have 6 people who would whoop your a*s standing right before you.

This whole thing about DM is a way of you guys taking your anger out on us because you failed on killing us.

By the way, Im not looking for a war but quoted by one of the Stracci members "If you want a war, Ill give you a war".

Meanwhile Oliver had already been killed before I even had time to fire a single fucking shot so stop with that bullshit and confess that you made something wrong and we can both maybe get over this in a friendly way...

Heres what i see from my view:

You called somebody a noob, Xtermination thought you said it to him.
All you had to say was :We didnt call you it, Somebody else.
But instead you get out, Stand around him, And call him a cabron and tell him to leave as it would be better for him to leave?

Maybe it was a misunderstanding, But either way it could have easily been sorted. But instead you guys decided to act agressively.

I request that we continue this in PM.

Ok, I have a complaint about some of the members of the gang, I can't remember the names.

First off.

I went to my regular hood, and there I see LM hanging around, so I tell them to piss off. I knock one of em around abit, to half hp with fists. Then he runs to get backup, come back, and we have a nice Gang war.I killed two of their men, and then I got killed and we won due to the skills of William_Jackson:P. So I come back ooc'ly afterwards to congratulate them on a good fight, and I say (( Peace )), and they pull their guns, drag me out of the car, and shoots me to death.. So I'm complaining about these DM/Revengekilling members of this group, and I want them kicked out. All they do is go around and shoot people for no reason...

The Montana look upon you a bit more brightly and hopes we will pass this little misunderstanding.
The reason of this is that one of your members helped me and my friends out in a kidnap and did pretty well.

My proposal: We won't be at war, but you will still be (officially) disrespected from the Montana side. We don't start conversations with you and just steer clear of you and vice versa. We still speak the same language (spanish) and I hope that a petty war won't damage our valuable recources (guns).

To Janicch: No, I don't hate LM. Where did you take that? I was just a bit pissed off yesterday.

EDIT: I would like to get together with your men and teach them some spanish words etc. for RP. Totally OOC, if you want I could use a different name without Montana tag for the duration of the "lesson"
