Post by: hell1989 on January 21, 2009, 08:51:05 am
I know its a older program from CS4, but I really need help understanding this thing. I want to know how to take existing images and cut them out and place onto another backround. Thanks.

hmm..
cant you just use the Wand tool, or a magic select tool..
then when you selected the image you press " Ctrl+C " then on the new page you want it on press " Ctrl+V " ?? im not to sure.. never used it

Pen tool > Paths > Auto Add/Delete > Exclude overlapping path areas

then click over the image, but dont include everything
For example:
if you want to do it for a car, take wheels but start bottom if it and do the same to whole car

I hope i helped
