Nice guide, I will give you a tip and when i'm in the mood for giving more I will start giving more.
Shall I write every single what my character does with the /me command ?
I will firstly like to give an example as you will get a better sight what I mean by my words, then here you go an example:/me Reaches for his strapped 9MM behind his shirt
/me Reaches for a 9MM clip from his left pocket
/me Inserts the clip and reloads the 9MM *CLICK*
I'ts not that necessary to wirte all what you character does, but if you are a serious Roleplayer I can recommend you to RP every single detail to the fullest and maximum. But allthough this is a RPing server we should remind us what we are here for, and the single thing that I think we all are here is to have fun and play with each other allthough that we all may be diffrent. We have been giving some nice scripts in our VC:MP Server and we should use them wisely, we dont need these fancy commands as we got the /me command and as easy is that to use it just use your imaginary, we all got an imaginary thing in our head as we all are humans.
Then what i'm trying to say, there are UNLIMITED things that you are able to do with the /me command if you just think good enough, free our minds and lets start RPing, we all have our own ways of RPing, and we should respect each others equally.
How do I RP a drug dealer properly?
This little short guide is made by me personally and this is how I think it can be RPed but as I said earler we all got diffrent sights of RPing and diffrent ways and methods of how to operate.
If you are looking for selling some dope to the other citizens in our server, then do not try to !ad Selling drugs as we should remind us that !ad is for legal advertises and we should look as it comes in the newspaper and TV, and we all know nobody advertises illegal contents in the newspaper / TV. When you are selling some of the medical drugs, could be anything then I allways said "Do not RP that you are having 100+ gram IC ( In Character ), as nobody that is dealing drugs in real life are having this big amount of drugs as if the cops / FBI should bust him. You can allways arrange a meeting with a buyer and see what he want and the amount of the drug, then if you did arrange a meeting then bring the dope with you and maybe RP like this
I recommend you to RP that you are having a weight on yourself, to satisfy you and the client too see nobody is trying to scam.
This is just an example of a way that you can RP it, there is many diffrent methods of how to RP it but here is an example for weed./me Reaches for the 100 Gram plate wich is under the bed
/me Takes up a knife and a weight from the desk, and makes the knife warm to easly cut though the plate
Then the next step all depends on how much that you need to cut up = How much is the client buying you need to cut./me Takes the knife and slice though the plate, and get a nice square brown weed
/me Puts the square brown weed at the weight and see how much there is
/me Looks at the digital weight that says 50.00 Gram.
Then I guess you can sort off the rest of what you need to do in this case.
What is OOC and IC ?
OOC simply stands for Out Of Character, and that means ALL that you writes OOC has NOTHING to do with the character that you are RPing, can be from a drug dealer to a law enforcer.
IC simply stands for IC, and that means all that you are RPing is In Character and what you are doing IC is effecting your RPing character good or bad.
A second distinction between OOC and IC is that of character knowledge. It is likely that you, the player, will know many things about the game world that your character does not know. If the knowledge is not something your character would know, then the knowledge is OOC knowledge, and you should play your character as if he/she did not know it (since they don't), then avoid using OOC information about the character that you want to RP with IC.
The most common violation of this rule is using a subsequent character to seek revenge on someone who killed a previous character, or going to recover your previous character's belongings, etc. Using OOC information is a sure way to annoy other players that are trying to RP serious, please don't do it.
Here is a preview of a RPing scene that you can use if you are want to steal cars instead of just entering them and drive off, example comes here:/me Looks around to the left and right
/me Smashes the window with an iron piece ( Could be a gun )
/me Opens the car door and enters the vehicle
/me Reaches for his screwdriver and inserts into the ignition
/me While hammering the screwdriver he rotates it and turns on the engine
/me Lifts the handbreak up and puts the gearing on forward
This was just an example on how you could do it, instead of just get inside a car and driving around.

Nice topic, I only had a chance to read through it fully now. Players can't now come up with the excuse that "They don't know what roleplay is". :D

I encourage roleplaying, however people tend not to go into detail and write 'Mclovin breaks window and runs!!!'.That can be very plain and boring, I hope people take notice of this as it is very helpful.

And another point is that you don't have to RP every single thing you do, unless in that situation, for example; [WS]*Legend* twitches his eyebrows and walks foward, 6.5 meters.

This isn't any kind of obligation, I'm writting down all the tips, if you don't want to follow them, then just don't, or follow just a few of them, your call.

It's kinda funny, cause if you think about it more, it's actually pretty true, with difference the during the pauses there is some RP involved
