when a suspect /gu is it supposed to say:

criminal [name] cuffs have failed, hold your fire and cuff him

it sounds strange to me, like he was cuffed before running away,
and then the cuffs broke?

Talked to CBFasi about it. It has to do with distance.

and then the guy who /cuffed is too far away, the cuffs break and you get that??
