i just got 1 suggestion,
the new prison above LV is a really great place,
but isnt it possible to make it able to /jail there,
and then the criminal stays inside it,
where others can help by heli,
and cops can guard the place,
and once his jailing time runs out(in this jail you stay much minutes)
police get message, and can open doors.
so just like a RL prison, like you got in america, so we can use the prison much more,
and for more RP ,
you can jail there now too, but you dont earn anything(not a big problem)
but the suspect doesnt lose wanted level

And then they will be released there and need to swim back?

no the cop leaves the suspect at SAP and flyes to the land of lv then whats for it to say he escaped ((timer ran out unsus)) then the pilot flyes back to get him
