Title: Exiting a Shop - Laptop Keyboard

I play on a laptop which has a limited keyboard (namely, it is missing the right ctrl key), so I can't exit Ammunation or the hardware store. Is there a way to remap this key? I've looked in the controller configuration, and the control just isn't there.

It could be what klaus said or you bought too much items from a shop you would Fly,Freeze or Stick ok.

Jump is set to Right Ctrl and Space, and I can only change space. If I click on it, SPACE blinks, but I can't get it to modify Right Ctrl.

Set <Spacebar> to Run, and make Jump <X>, believe me it works
