Umm, argonath was important...
I met argonath at 15 years.. when i got my first computer..
I did not even knew what a computer was capable.. and what it really does..
when i had 14 years... i was like a jackass.. I fighted many guys in my school.. i smoked to be the coolest man..
Done many damage on my old school.. I fire-extinguished my teacher (lol that day)
But at 16 years.. i really realized that smoking isnt the way...
Argonath helped me to raise my eyes and see that smoking donest give a good advantage..
Well.. argonath helped me.. cos i had worst english grades on my school.. but now.. i think i am one of the best grades..
- Stopped smoking
- Became a good and sociable person
- Became very mature..
- Improved my class grades
-
lol i wish i could be there when u fire-extinguished ur teacher , in my case, well my real life is good for now, so i dont want anything to change here :)
-
Well..
Argonath mostly improved my English skills (But also in this times I was flying in a Virtual Airline, so Argo wasn't actually the main factor) But I can say that I've learned more about people, and Improved my social skills..
Some people would say that Argonath is just a game, But I left the game long time ago, and I'm still here in the forums just because I love the people, Don't really like the game anymore :P
-
maybe it helped for english a bit, but not much.
and further?
i dont think it made anything better,
it destracts a lot, so i only screwed my study.
so argonath did more bad then good,
since im gonna screw this study, and i have no idea what else i wanna do then,
if i dont pass this year, im gonna be a real cop :cop: ;)
-
Let me think:
Better english grades
In the start when I was a developer I only thought of developing new things and that did screw my education up last year as I spended too much time here.
New friends.

Suppose just met different people
I'm not as attached as I used to be to argonath like 1 and half years ago
-
BTW, i think there is already a topic like this.
Argonath introduced me to Roleplaying, my now #1 Hobby.
-
Better grades in english, nothing else.
-
Nothing. I learnt most of my English in the internet, not just in this community.
Since I came to Argonath...
- My grades have went down.
- My english became worse.
- I'm more isolated from outside world and my family and friends.
- I've started to spent most of my free-time infront of a PC.
- I've gained weight.
- My speech has became less understandable.
- ...

Quite wrong, the only person that is guilty in your addiction of Argonath is your self, you gotta learn how to manage life and Argonath while going in school.
-
My maturity, I can't believe how much Argonath has made more mature, its almost unbelievable...
Compare my first couple of posts to this one, and be amazed at the difference..
-
Argonath increased my English a little, and i learned that south africa is not a country of cannibal people  .
-
Well I started doing heroin, then I began selling heroin, I also started stealing cars, busses, motorcykles...
Then I joined a street gang, and started robbing and killing people, then I joined the mafia and sold whores...
After that I crashed an airplane into the Los Angeles Police Station, and am now awaiting my death sentance.
Oh did I forget to mention I scored a 32/100 on my English exam? That's like 3 points better then the first time!

'Argonath RPG' has actually helped me make quite a bit of friends. It has helped me understand a bit more about the real world, and what it's actually like. In 'Argonath RPG,' there is almost always a way out from a situation, however, in the real world, it's different. Don't think that because you get kidnapped in-game and most of the time can get away safely thanks to the 'ARPD' and 'F.B.I.' means you can in real life. However, this server reflects the real world rather well.
'Argonath RPG' has also made me want to become a law enforcer in the real world. I have learnt so much about police work thanks to the 'ARPD' and 'F.B.I.' and it seems so interesting. Plus, crime is on the raise, and well having one more officer out onto the streets does make a bit of a difference. I really do not see anyway for this world to be cleaned, other than, if there is a God, the world be wiped out. I will not enter into that right now, as this is not the place for it.
I find police work to be rather interesting thanks to the 'ARPD' and I have decided to work on becoming a law enforcement personnel.
That's basically how 'Argonath RPG' has affected my life, and yes, it is in a positive way in my eyes. :)
