Open winamp, press Ctrl+P to open the Preferences window.

Find the option Global Hotkeys. Enable them if they werent enabled before.

Select the action from the drop-down list.

Click with the mouse on the Hotkey box and press the multi-media button.

Click on "Add"

Add your keys one by one.
 ;)

Note: You don't need to use the default combinations, so you can delete them all. I use a set of Ctrl+Shift+F_ buttons, plus a play/pause button that my keyboard has.

i did think about it Grz and i have tried it but what ever key i press (muiltymedia ones) winamp sees them as 0x100000 ...and they dont work..

hm after 2 hrs of googling.. im not only person with this problem, solution was to download a pack of exe files and in registry manualy edit each of media keys to those exe files like:

WinampPrev.exe; WinampStop.exe etc...

Did you install any drivers for the keyboard? Uninstall them and try with Winamp Global Hotkeys again...

My keyboard works better without any additional drivers. My opinion is to install drivers to keyboards only if something is not working without them.
