SAPD Regulation changed on 01 Feb 2009:
ALL cops may participate in LEGAL competition from this date.
HOWEVER they are representing law enforcement, must act accordingly, and MUST respond if a major alert is issued no matter what the competition is.
COMPETITION ORGANISERS ARE RESPONSIBLE for all entrants and MAY set their OWN ruling on this. If they say no SAPD has no right to change this.
Law Enforcement units may NEVER support or enter illegal events and competitions.
This is a SAPD Regulation and NOT a server rule..
