Grze helped me setup the new radar. It does not give advantages over other players. Just a nice detailed map, major buildings in purple (Police stations, Hospitals, Malls, Tool shops, ammunations). Buildings in orange is minor, not usable.

You can't remove/add files in the gta3.img file, but you can modify (with ViceTXD for example) or replace (by using the Replace option in IMGTool, NOT removing/renaming and then adding new ones). But to use the Replace option, the new file has to be smaller or equal in size.

That screenshot is from VCMP, not from MTAVC... Look at the chat "box", it's not even a box like in MTA!
And you can aim in MTA:VC if you use classic controls (though the sync is poor, but you can do it).
