maybe a bit old already,
but what do you all think about the FEAR games? (3 of them)
if you dont know it:
its a sort of first person shooter horror game.
personally i really like it,
great story, good weapons, smart enemies,
nice maps, scary, great shooting,
awesome enemies:
from zombie like creatures to very big guys in armor with rockets all around,
and horrible energy creatures or something, invisible and at once jump on you out of nowhere,
those things just creap the hell out of me
just like that story with the girl, then you get unknown signal and you know something scary gonna come,
then you see blood all around and all, just great,
scares you sometimes, but also great shooting
if you havent played it yet then i can say: try it,
its awesome

i have played it on my ps3 but never beat it because i rented it but it was great kinda like gears of war and resident evil

original fear not that much, wasnt that scary, extraction point playing again atm rlly like it. perseus mandate didnt play, is it good?

yes its very nice, new enemies also, the nightcrawlers,
strong enemy,
and yeah it isnt that scary, but at some moments you get a heart-attack
once i was going down a stairs and saw something moving down there, so i went to it,
it was a dead-end, so i realised this cant be good,
and then i turn around to go back, and at once some scary guy stans behind me,
that was really scary.
:ps: the game is only €15,-, the newest one!
no need to download it, at least i dont think anyone is so poor to pay that low price

named FEAR 2- project origin (players of the first parts will know the name)
i hope the story of FEAR- perseus mandate will continue,
i really love it all,
all 3 games of FEAR which already game so far,
continued in eachother, you continue where the other stopped,
i hope that will come again,
i really wanna know the full story,
about the creepy guy with that scary girl(alma)
he said that you both are related, that you are brothers somehow,
cant wait untill i can end the story

lol i got the F.E.A.R 2 project origin from last week on my x360 :lol: Its a pretty cool game :D But i diddnt started yet cuz i want to finish again COD 4 :lol: but this time on xbox360 (( cuz on pc i finish it with graphics on low :( ))

The graphics are cool, and the gameplay is cool too. What I like the most is the gore. Gore ftw.

I just finished Fear 2 project origin on my x360...... and the ending its a total crap .... i just played 10 hours at that game .... and the finish video takes like 10 - 12 seconds and then PAM the generic comes out , i was like WTFFFF whats thisssss? OMGG << and i started to flame >> :rofl: but anyways ... the game story line its pretty good :) I recommand this game :) good game !

I have been playing this game, and I got to say, I really love this game. It's a horror themed FPS Game, in which you are the new recruit, aka "Point Man" of the F.E.A.R. Team, a Special Forces team who is psychologically trained to face paranormal powers, paranormal events, etc. Basically, Paranormal events have been happening at the city, and you have to investigate them. You can have a good arsenal of weapons, In which, every weapon is useful, and can be deadly, Unlike other games, Pistols tend to be useless, Even pistols here are deadly. As you kill terrorist forces, You also face paranormal threats, ghosts, and the Main enemy of this game: Alma Wade, the girl/ghost/demon which is very powerful and uses Demon powers to kill anything. But, You have a paranormal power too: You can use your reflexes to slow down the time, Sorta like Max Payne but better, which can come helpful in most situations.
About graphics, The game has quite good graphics if set to High and Max. It doesn't require much of a PC. It can run on both decent and Ultimate Gaming PC's.
You should give this a tryout, It's a pretty cool game, which I love :D

Plus, Some scenes ARE scary, and have EXCESSIVE (Yes, EXCESSIVE) Blood o_O

i really loved all those games, they can be very hard and scary sometimes

It was just as I expected. It gave me a real good time :)
The story line size is medium.
Still, Great fun and horrific game. The Last nightmare / Hallucination, is Amazingly horrific :trust:
**SPOILERS**
The two last nightmares are Really horrific, and really awesome at the time. These happen at the ending of the game, The first nightmare is The Revelation, where Paxton Fettel appears to you as a hallucination, and then tells you the story about Alma Wade, the girl ghost. He gives you a quick brief of her super psychic powers, and from her, Harlan Wade, the director of the ATC (Armacham Technology Corp) tries to make two prototypes, with the purpose to make a Super Man, injecting something in her to make her pregnant. The two childs got born. One of them was Paxton, The other is... You. Alma is your mother, and she died giving birth at you. Meanwhile Paxton reveals this, he summons some ghosts to destroy you, and later he reveals you, His mission is to free Alma, to destroy the world. The nightmare ends in a Jail room, Paxton in his knees, and you with a gun in him. When you shoot him, You wake up, with Paxton's corpse in front of you, with Alice Wade dead. Then you continue your mission forward.
The second nightmare is, Silencing Alma. You are in a corridor, then your radio gets jammed, and then, you are in the corridor near the surgery room, and you listen the voice of the dead Harlan saying "I have tried forgetting, I have tried so much forgetting...", and then Alma appears as an adult trying to kill you. You got to shoot Alma till she dissapears. When you're in the final corridor, You see from the window, Harlan making a experiment, when Alma comes from behind, and then, kills him, filling the room with blood. Then, the final step comes. You have no exit, Alma comes from a little far, trying to kill you. Shoot her as much as you can, otherwise you'll die. When you do the final shot, she vanishes. You will make her stop assaulting your mind, which is cool. Then you wake up. Just go to the elevator in front of you, to reach the end of the game.
