Hey All,
Just wondered, It would be fun to have an ARFD (Argonath Fire Department).
I am a Volunteer Firefighter with the CFA and I can help set it up, Protocols, Codes etc from Experience in RL.
Just tossing an Idea, It doesnt have to happen, If Admins/Devs/Whatever like the Idea, You can Contact me by MSN.
PM Me and Ill give you my MSN :P (Don't want random people adding me all the time :P)

That's not the official ARFD. That's just a small group of firefighters, not the official group, for example: ARPD.
-
Altough it has potentional to become taller... How you think ARPD was formed?
-
personally i got enough to the FD that we got,
i dont think you will get it as big as ARPD,
firefighter isnt a job you get a payment for,
there are no fires, and even if you got 1 you dont get paid to stop the fire
so you want earn anything, which will make it hard to grow big
-
You cannot compare it to ARPD because we will never have that many people wanting to role play firefighters.
-
the reason many people go in ARPD is Free guns you got more power then a Citizen you cant get sus for doing somthign Wrong liek speeding you never get a ticket for speeding and you cna kill people and get money for it
-
It is correct that you cannot suspect someone for speeding, but it is incorrect to say that you will never get ticketed for speeding. The cop pulling you over will decide whether a ticket or verbal warning would be most appropriate action to take.

That's the closest thing to it. After RS4 is released we should request it be made official. :)
-
But that group SAFD, will be official soon?
Why don't u join them
:cop:

Or.. someone who has more knowledge should make it official from the start, rather then someone just reserving it so that they're name is highest in rank..
-
Ah well, Let them go :P
I'm sure they will have a good Fire Authority.

hmm wel the only way what i have heard to start somthing official that you realy get your own HQ Vericles and Commands with real ranks is if you are a [Rstar] Member and the aprove it like maby most of you do when the Cop system started there where no Ranks it was just Cop or no Cop then the started a Offical ARPD by kaltsu if i am correct and then the got Special Ranks and shit ;)

The person who reserved it is the one that created it alongside the RS4 Beta commands. I'm pretty sure they have the knowledge. As for making it official, that is something that has to be tested out first in the game world. You can't just make something official before it's even started and hope for the best. (Well, you could, but that's not how Argo works! :D )
@DHRHardcore: You don't have to be in R* to get something made official...
Perfect example: The SATP. It was founded by Eddie_Pulaski and Smey.
-
lol wtf is SATP ?? :P if its got to do with cops its somthing in Cops offical Btw and i only heard you need to be in R* to Starts somthing with the Goverment official that you get commands and stuff but thats only what i have heard :P

SATP is Official SAPD Sub-division.
