You already know the answer?

1, You need SA Camhack
2, You need Permedit.

1. Instal Camhack
2. Open permedit
3. Start up Gta Sa/Sa.MP
4. Search for Gta_Sa.exe, Push on Permission.
5. Go back ingame
6. press * and Numpad 1
7. Enjoy

Ya, got it to work after some google search.
