Title: [SOLVED] Problem with sound
Post by: Proxan on March 02, 2009, 10:58:55 pm
So lately I've had problem with my sound , not when I play music or something it's only ingame...

So here's a pic of it..

G = Good sound
B = Bad sound

The ones marked with a B I hear very low sound so its very confusing when you are playing , like counter-strike for example you have no idea where they are due to this "low sound" on this speakers...

I've tried changed settings w/o success help would be appreciated...

Maybe your software is configurated for 5.1 and not 7.1 ...

S.A. is made for stereo to quadraphonic (unless on X-box). If you try 7.1, the Matrix decoder in your card won't pick up the code for the rear. The results can be low sound for a group of speakers (in your case rear), or low bitrate sound, with beeps. I'd switch to 4.1 for S.A.

Vice City does not have this problem as it has Dolby Interactive. S.A. has standard sound.
