Title: Add to SA:MP Player guide

Following commands cant i find on Wash gudie over commands...

/trip - Trip another player, makes them lay down
/m - Megaphone for police in Police Cars
/cuff - Cuffs suspect (dangerous if will use a vehical to transport him)
/help - for command help
/area - to find a players area


CB radio Commands.
/cbradio [on/off]
/joinchannel [number]
/cb [text]
/cbmode
/cbdata [id] - if another player has an radio
/cbusers - to see who is on channel
/cbinfo - information
/cbhelp - Cb radio help

Cb radio management.
/cbregister - to own a channel
/cbdelete - to be none owner
/cblevel [id] [0-4]
/cbentry [message]
/cblock
/cbunlock
/cbkick [id]
/cbban [id]

Tickle and trip are not allowed in any situation, if they are used its basically against the rules. If the person you are tripped or tickling is roleplaying with you, they should use lay or lol to do the anim themselves.
Strange commands, since they are basically against the rules :P.
