Hello everyone, I was wondering, when I played MTA:SA, I opened the console and I typed window, and my MTA:SA turned to window mode, I was hoping if its possible to make SA:MP play in a window mode, my game runned much faster in MTA:SA when it was in windowed, and I would like to try out playing SA:MP in windowed mode.

I am afraid it is not possible to play SA:MP in such mode, as this is a MTA:SA feature only, Tupac.

You CAN go into windowed mode. You have to press ESC (to go to GTA Menu) go to the map THEN press Alt+Enter
Works for me but you gotta go to map first.

The way cDa explained works with me without pressing esc and going to Map...and am using Vista aswell.
Wiondows XP should be the same as i could run it in windowed mode before i upgraded.

Before it worked without going to the map, but then after one of the SAMP updates (I think the one where they added /fpslimit), it would just crash. It works with the map thing though, so it's not a problem now. Unless it's got to the with the compatibility settings (I got GTA_SA.exe none, SAMP.exe 98/Me).

Yay it worked, thank you Mike.
