Title: nowone in the cityhall

i just registerd today and there is nowone in the city hall why?

i asked, and got the answer: theres only people there on days that the players who can give you licences are on, or something like that.

Saturday is when passprts are given out. This is when the city hall will open.

Maybe there should be a thread saying that CH will not open till saturday and only to hand out passports.  :roll:

Noone can be in City Hall all the time.

When Clooak, Sharphis, or Crimson, is on ask them...

Also Dan, i think that 'Saturday' Rule is broken so you can get it anytime. D)

You need be playing in server more then week!
If you play 1 day or 6 you don't get passport and license

You should play on server more then 5 days so admins will see you are a roleplaying guy...
You should learn the rules and history of Argonath SAMP... (as in real life - who are the government, what are the laws of the country)...
Then you can ask admins to test you: [R*]Sharphis, [R*]Crimson, [R*]Petey, [R*]Dave, =AV=Gr4nt
They will test you and give decision...

dont say this is a dumb question or stupid question.
Everyone says the city hall open in saturday and today is saturday and there is nowone in the cityhall.
i played the server for 3 days.
if i need to type something tell me what to type.

City hall is not always opend.

If your wanting a passport,

When city hall admins are on, ask them if you can be tested.

But you have be playing here for 7 days For a passport, and also know all the rules.

There was someone in there last night, you act like its a matter of life or death or something... just play the damn game without worrying until somebodys on, just be patient besides by the sounds of it you wont pass anyways.

it is written to enter type /enter id: 3
and i write enter id: 3 and it still does not work
if it opens only in one time a day what time is it
