Title: problem connecting argonath rpg (SA:MP)

I can connect every server but Argonath Rpg.
I thought the server was offline but i checked the website and game monitor says there are over 50 ppl online in server.
I deleted gta-sa.set file, I dont have any d3d9.dlls, I restarted my modem, my computer... (Also I'm on Vista and I use compatibility mode it worked yesterday.)
Nothing helps plz help me.
I couldnt join for 2-3 hours and i still can't  :cry:
No one has an idea? Please....

well thx for the advice but i fixed it.
I just needed to restart my modem 2-3 more times.

EDIT: it is happening again. Damn! :(
EDIT2: lol it is just fixed. I didnt do anything :) but can someone tell why does this happen so I ll prevent it from happening again?
