Title: 9.4 My Birthday, Need Help ><

Okay guys at last 9.4 is my birthday time =) but I want to make a party or something.
The problem is birthday is only once an year and I cant wait till the next...
I have problems with my char before so I cant organize a party.
I would like to ask is there anybody that would help me :)?
I will be a thank full...
