Title: 90x30 (or smaller) Userbar under Display Picture

Whatever you like. If this is possible, I think it would be a great feature to further personalize your forum image.

You have a point but I just think it gives the opportunity to be a little more creative.

If it is possible then why not? If it isn't possible then it was worth a try.
