Welcome to the offical Escobar International Tournament.
I (GhostRider) Will be Hosting the first ever Escobar tournament.
Firstly, take a look at the map and the tracks

Red - Track
Green - Start Line
Blue - Spectating Area

The Rules:
No Hacks
No Bikes/Heli
No RoadBlocking
No Ramming
No Arguing.. we will have judges

Prize: You will be crowned 2009 EIA Tourny Winner since i have no money

Prize to enter: I will be unfortunaly charging for the tournament $100 so i can make some money for myself.
