Title: Very Big Problem

please help me whenever i start my sa:mp it says :internal error then it closes please help me if it keeps on doing that i cant play samp :(

Try reinstalling samp, or maybe is because of NET. Framework

Reinstall your entire GTA, not only SAMP, SAMP is running on GTA SA itself, the cause is on your GTA SA itself, make sure you delete EVERY MAP OF GTA SA on your PC including the user file of GTA SA in my documents. if you have saved games on the single player version, PLease make a back up of it... When you have deleted the entire GTA from your PC, also Uninstall SAMP, reinstall GAT SA and SAMp, you should be fine then :)
