- I was looking at the time (on top right below A World Of Its Own)
on my birthday, and time.

It's show that the time is all wrong
Example:
Local time is 12:00 AM (CET)
But it shows like 3-4 hours faster, 3:00 AM (CET)
I was checking at other timezone, GMT, GMT +2, GMT +5, GMT +6, GMT +7, GMT -12
It's all wrong...

- How about we have Anti-Spamming in PM? like Anti-Double Posts (30 seconds)

Sorry, if someone have this idea b4 me, or the bug is known

Try the option that checks for your time settings, if it exists here. As for the time zones, 12:00 A.M. CET isn't the same as 12:00 A.M. GMT.

Yes I mean, the real time is 12:00 AM (CET) a.k.a. (GMT +1)
but the forum show 3:00 AM (CET) a.k.a. (GMT +1)

In your profile you can change the 'time offset' by putting the difference between the forum time and your time.
