ehh;

Put in songs you want in your "User Tracks"( MP3 files )
Then go in game and press, Escape, Then goto, Audio/sound or whatever the option is called, then goto Radio Stations, and Press scan user tracks. then you just press F5 when you listen at User Tracks to change song

Use Winamp or some player? You can hear it while on foot too :P

my fix: turn volume ingame waaay down, use winamp.
