Title: Possible a virus
Post by: Omri on April 24, 2009, 07:44:57 pm
Hi
Lately I have been seeing my watch and I allways noticed the clock is "13:37", I have it seen it many times allthough the clock is 21:05 it just says 13:37 on my computer. I do think its a virus because of these 1337 I allways get at the watch and I have attached a screenshot just taken 2 min ago.

Yes these works, and lately I have also been seeing these popups when I start my computer and sometimes they just come.

Enter Windows Safe Mode, use your virus scanner to clean up computer.
Also, use Spybot too.

And if clock isn't still fixed, maybe your computer battery is empty(some battery on motherboard... )

Yes, there is a battery on the motherboard. Not to supply the PC with power, but to hold the BIOS settings.

But that surely isn't the battery, it has to be a virus or something... I recommend ComboFix -- removes most rootkits/trojans/viruses in 5 minutes.

Try resetting the clock everytime it happens.
Probably some system error.
