i found this ( *Link removed - JayL* )  cool mod, i want it for the new effects, but it has other things im not sure are legal. Can you let me know asap?

Well, it looks like it can effect the steering and etc which can look like hacks on others screens. I would recommend you to not use it on Argonath server.

No, mods that change the steering (handling) values of vehicles are strictly forbidden. Also try not to mention links or names of hack programs...
