...allowed to jack suspects? I'm guessing yes.. But I'm not sure.

if you are driving a car as a suspect and hit a wall etc a cop can jack you if he has a chance


so yes they can jack a suspect when ever they get a chance

Yes , GeeWizz.

Cops are allowed to carjack suspects , Specially when the suspect is escaping or attempting to escape from police force.

I know this was allowed on MTA:VC, so there was a good chance it was allowed here too.
