Title: A problem.

Hello, I have a problem, a seriously problem.

Whenever I try to enter anything from windows, such as clock, Firewall and such.
I get a Warning thing up. The text is this:

Cant find C:/WINDOWS/system32/rundll32.exe control if you wrote the name correct. and try again. if you want to search for a file, klick on the start button and search.

I want to play, anyone could give me a hand here ?

I had this problem one time, when I had a virus, I just reformatted my pc, and it was better, but of course I was planning to reformat becuase of the virus anyways, and my files were backed up.

Yeah, but a new problem came now, my Cd disc wont work.
