Title: HAMACHI issue - Can't see eachother in games($100,000 in SAMP if solution works)

Hey, i'm in a problem which i can't solve by myself, so i'm asking it here:

Story: Me and Winters have some games, which we wanted to play via Hamachi, but the problem is simple:

When i host/When he hosts server, none of us can see it.
Winters and me tried with Hyper, Hyper saw it great...

We tried on ArmA:Armed Assault and on CoD5, in both didn't worked. Tried older versions of Hamachi, still nothing...


Urgent help, guys!

Tried connecting through a console (if the game has it)?

It's usually /connect ipaddress[:port]

where the :port is optional (left out = default) and the IP address would be the Hamachi IP.

example:

connect 5.14.171.138

Or manually entering the IP in some other way... Doesn't ArmA have such an option? I think Operation Flashpoint had it, so ArmA should have it too.

**EDIT**
Also, check your game versions and upgrade/downgrade if different. In some games different versions don't "see" each other.
I remember someone not being able to play NFS4 with me unless the same patch was used (4.50 patch with 4.44 .exe).

Check your Firewall/Router settings.

found the following over some googling. :P

1. Install hamachi
2. Check Devices priority Control Panel>Network connetions>Advanced>Advanced Configuration and place Hamachi connection as first connection, then restart will be needed
3. Open hamachi go Preferences>Window> and check Show advanced peer ...
4. Right click on others IP adress Advanced and fill VPN alias with your 3 first "digits" of IP(sorry for my english) eg. your IP is 5.123.124.23 and your friend is 5.23.13.51 then in his VPN alias put: 5.123.124.51 -> press ok, restart hamachi.
5. Turn off firewall for hamachi connection
6. Go preferences for hamachi network connection and set static IP.

Thanks, i'll try everything in here. Will post results as soon as we test them.
