Pls put a kick script on drivebyes. Its against the rules to drivebye anyway.

Carkill can be putted on/off by Admins/Main Admins, Drive By is allowed in Argo, Just do not DM with it

Drive by is aviable for Cops / Wanted persons , RP situations . And yes
Just do not DM with it

Constantly using driveby over and over, is not allowed. Also forward driveby from a bike isn't

It's not allowed for anyone to over-use it also not cops
But EVERYONE ( incl. civilians ) can use it a little bit, like firing once ( IN AN RP SITUATION )

You can rp it.But do not abuse it.
Cop can only do it if it was done to them.
Can't do Drive Bys to get Wanted.
You can do it if some one is DMing.
BUTYou have to state to them that DMing is not for the server and please wait a little while not like
Player1:Stop it DMing'

Drive by is only disallowed if used for rulebreaking (DM reasons for example) or used constantly.
And everyone can use it. Not just cops. Locked.
