Okay Sachin Obhrai killed Indica_Corleone right in front of me (dm he went around and cut his throat while typing) all because he punched him once, and decided to fight back. Anyways I was chasing and fighting him until we got frozen because he reproted me for accidental carkill, and he carjacked me while frozen. Anyways after he got unfrozen I killed him as revenge for Indica which is alllowed. I did not kill him because I died earlier.

When i was watching u were in a car ramming the living hell out of sachin and rahul. yes sachin was running away, u got frozen by me, sachin too was frozen. I talked to sachin, explained abt the DM and left it. Once admin deals with the DM, why wud u continue? In fact all sachin did was to run away. You even told me that u were leaving the area. Instead u chose to pull out a combat and kill sachin. So why lie too?
The case above is DM. There was NO rp is it just find the guy and kill him. I have seen u pull out a knife and slit people's throats with NO provocation whatsoever in the past week. This cant be denied. Yet I gave u time, thinking i should give u another chance. You werent realising your mistake. This was the only solution.
I did not kill him because I died earlier.
If you died earlier and went back to kill him what else is it called?

That is exactly the reason why he was frozen too. carjackig is not allowed and he was frozen as there is fair play for all sides. if he breaks rules, he gets punished, you break rules, you get punished too.

I DID NOT DIE EARLIER, what the f**k are you talking about? He killed Indica right in front of me, so I was attacking him because of that, it was not a "revenge kill". I never told you I was leaving either, I wanted to chill him because he killed Indica. Also Rahul was on my side, he remained neutral during the whole thing. I only accidently rammed Sachin.
Oh CutterI get what you mean, I meant by I did not die earlier and kill him. I only killed Rahul, I never died earlier. I meant I did not did earlier, to revenge kill him.

Please use complaint email. Logs maybe checked, all I wrote above can be seen there. And if you call driving around in circles, right behind sachin hitting him with your greenwood more than 3 times accidental ramming, I guess the definition of ramming should be changed...

What's the big Deal anyway? It's just a temp ban, don't you get them all the time :trust: i don't see what the big deal is this time.
Most the time the admins decisions are drawn from conclusive evidence that you were breaking the rules.
So im Sure when Cutter temp banned you it was for Obvious reasons, i've known him since he joined Argo, he isn't one to lie about stuff like that.
