Fellas!

BALLAD OF GAY TONY FOR XBOX LIVE AND GRAND THEFT AUTO: EPISODES FROM LIBERTY CITY FOR XBOX 360

Rockstar Games is proud to announce the fall release of both the second episode of Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony - exclusively for download on Xbox LIVE online entertainment network, and Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City, which will include both episode one The Lost and Damned, and episode two The Ballad of Gay Tony together on a single disc exclusively for Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft.

Grand Theft Auto IV's second downloadable episode, The Ballad of Gay Tony injects Liberty City with an overdose of guns, glitz, and grime. As Luis Lopez, part-time hoodlum and full-time assistant to legendary nightclub impresario Tony Prince (aka "Gay Tony"), players will struggle with the competing loyalties of family and friends, and with the uncertainty about who is real and who is fake in a world in which everyone has a price.

Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City delivers two games on one disc - the all-new episode The Ballad of Gay Tony and the first episode, The Lost and Damned - together on disc for the first time - for Xbox 360 for $39.99 and will not require a copy of the original Grand Theft Auto IV to play.
The Ballad of Gay Tony will release on Xbox LIVE this fall for $19.99 or 1600 MS points and requires players to have Grand Theft Auto IV for Xbox 360 and Xbox LIVE membership to download.
In the second downloadable episode, "The Ballad of Gay Tony", you'll adopt the role of Luis Lopez, assistant to legendary Liberty City nightclub owner Tony 'Gay Tony' Prince. In Gay Tony's glitzy underworld of high-end nightlife it's hard to tell who's real or fake. Keeping the balance between family duty and loyalty to friends leads Luis Lopez into all kinds of messy business while acting upon Tonys demands.

In Rockstar's report of their first quarter financial results for the fiscal year of 2009, Take-Two Interactive released a list of games in their pipeline for the remainder of FY 2009, among them the second episodic content for Grand Theft Auto IV:

Code: [Select]
Take-Two's lineup announced to date for the remainder of fiscal 2009 includes the following titles:
...
Grand Theft Auto IV Second Episode - Xbox 360
...

Take-Two's fiscal year ends on October 31, 2009..

Frankly I wouldn't beleive the new DL Content is going to be called that, wait till Rockstar or Microsoft announce it themselves.

Well, firstly MS own XBOX, so I guess that's one reason, and another would be to attract people to get XBOX's.

This new DLC looks ok, the name is a little, wierd, though.

They're releasing it on the 360 because rockstars are afraid of piracy on pc. They spent millions of dollars for the contents, so they have a pretty good reason.
